Priyanka Chopra-Nick Move Out Of LA Home

According to Page Six, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have been compelled to leave their Los Angeles residence. The couple’s extravagant property, featuring seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a temperature-controlled wine room, an indoor basketball court, an interior bowling alley, a home theatre, an entertainment lounge, and a spa with a steam shower, among other amenities, was acquired in September 2019 for $20 million.

According to legal documents obtained by Page Six, complications with the pool and spa arose for the newlyweds in April 2020, including “porous waterproofing” leading to mold contamination and associated issues. Allegedly, these problems rendered the residence “virtually unlivable” and “dangerous from a health perspective.” The lawsuit asserts substantial damage and a failure of consideration, calling for rescuing the purchase and sale.

Meanwhile, according to the international outlet, the 31-year-old singer, his actor-wife, and their daughter Malti have relocated to another property while construction is underway to address the issues in their luxurious home.
