The incident unfolded as Kanye West was on his way to Charlie Wilson’s Walk of Fame ceremony on Hollywood Boulevard. A video obtained by TMZ captured the rapper’s explosive reaction when a photographer dared to inquire if West was “controlling” Censori. Swiftly seizing the phone, he left the screen blank and expressed his displeasure at the question.
“People want to know if Bianca has her free will, some people are saying you’re controlling her…,” the photographer began before Kanye interrupted, vehemently stating, “Don’t come at me with that dumbass s–t, I’m a person. Are you crazy? I’m a legend, I’m here to support Charlie Wilson, and you come ask me some dumbass s–t about my wife. That’s my wife.”
The exchange didn’t end there; the reporter was further questioned about Censori’s “free will” and whether she “works for the devil.” Kanye West continued,
“You asked me if my wife had free will. Was that a dumbass, disrespectful question to ask a grown-ass superhero?”
Before returning the phone, he persistently asked the reporter to answer his questions, even going as far as suggesting she resign from her job with a promise to double her salary.
