BAFTA Winners 2024: Poor Things Claimed Five BAFTAs

‘Poor Things’ enjoyed a significant presence, claiming five BAFTAs, notably Leading Actress for Emma Stone, along with Costume, Makeup and Hair, Production Design, and Special Visual Effects, according to Deadline, a US-based media outlet.

Meanwhile, ‘Killers of the Flower Moon,’ despite its nine nominations, Bradley Cooper’s ‘Maestro’ with seven, and Greta Gerwig’s ‘Barbie,’ the highest-grossing film of 2023, were completely overlooked, as reported by Deadline. ‘Barbie,’ starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, had secured five nominations.
