The airline is in big trouble because its owner, Vijay Walia (played by Saswata Chatterjee), spends a lot of money on his fancy lifestyle instead of paying off the company’s debts. This means that employees, like Geeta, Jasmine, and Divya, aren’t getting paid on time, making their lives tough.
