Ranbir Kapoor’s big movie, Animal on Netflix did well in theatres. People were excited because there were supposed to be more scenes in the Netflix version, the “Extended Cut.” But when the movie came out on January 26, fans were disappointed to find out that the extra scenes were not there. On social media, fans said things like, “I’m disappointed because there’s no extended version of Animal on Netflix like they said before.” Another person said, “What happened to the extended version? The second half is not good, but the first half is okay.” Someone else asked, “When will you release the longer version of @AnimalTheFilm?”
Before coming of Animal on Netflix, the movie got an ‘A’ rating from the Censor Board, and they asked for five cuts in the film. This means the movie has intense and grown-up themes.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga directed ‘Animal’ with Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, Tripti Dimri, Suresh Oberoi, Shakti Kapoor, and Prem Chopra in it. The story is about Ranvijay (played by Ranbir Kapoor), who returns to India from the United States after someone tries to hurt his father, Balbir (played by Anil Kapoor). Ranvijay wants to take revenge for his family.
The movie did really well at the box office, making over Rs 800 crore worldwide. It became one of the most successful Hindi films, even though it was released at the same time as Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur.
