Additionally, actor Vijaykant, former Tamil Nadu Governor Fatima Beevi, and actor Mithun Chakraborty were among the 17 Padma Bhushan awardees. It is noteworthy that Pathak, Vijaykant, and Beevi have been posthumously honoured.
