Earlier, Salman Khan, adhering to the tradition of not releasing a film this Eid, assured fans of the release of “Sikandar” on Eid 2025. Collaborating with renowned filmmaker AR Murugadoss (known for directing “Ghajini”), Salman Khan expressed his excitement for the project. In his Instagram post, Salman Khan not only extended Eid wishes but also encouraged fans to watch Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” and Ajay Devgn’s “Maidaan” this Eid, hinting at the excitement for “Sikandar” the following year. He wrote, “This Eid, watch ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ and ‘Maidaan,’ and next Eid, meet ‘Sikandar.’ Eid Mubarak to all.”
Salman Khan’s last appearance on the big screen was in “Tiger 3” alongside Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi, directed by Maneesh Sharma. He also made a cameo appearance in Shah Rukh Khan’s “Pathaan.” Additionally, Salman Khan starred in “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan” last year. Furthermore, he continued his role as the host for the 17th season of the TV reality show “Bigg Boss,” which was won by Munawar Faruqui.
