Bollywood heartthrob John Abraham has added another gem to his property portfolio, securing a lavish bungalow on Linking Road, Khar, Mumbai, for a whopping Rs 75 crore. The deal, finalized on December 27, 2023, involved an agreement valued at Rs 70.8 crore, with an additional Rs 4.25 crore paid as stamp duty.
According to IndexTap.com, the purchased land spans 7,722 square feet, while the bungalow itself covers an area of 5,416 square feet. The property, identified as 372 Nirmal Bhawan, features a ground-plus-two-storey construction and was formerly owned by Praveen Nathlal Shah and family.
Situated in the prime area of Linking Road, one of the city’s most expensive commercial zones, the bungalow was previously owned by Praveen Nathlal Shah and family. While John’s plans for the property remain undisclosed, his real estate investments continue to solidify his position among Bollywood celebrities with a keen eye for prime locations. In 2009, he acquired a prime plot in Union Park near Petit School from the Ratanshas, a Parsi family.
